PREMA Racing Launches Official IndyCar Team

PREMA Racing has officially launched its new NTT IndyCar Series team in a grand presentation at GM’s Charlotte Technical Center in North Carolina. The Italian team, based in Indiana, utilized GM’s facility to showcase the Chevrolet-powered Nos. 83 and 90 cars, along with drivers Callum Ilott and Robert Shwartzman, reserve driver Romain Grosjean, and key team members.

The team, founded by Angelo Rosin and led by his son Rene Rosin and partner Angelina Ertsou, announced Deborah Mayer, known for the Iron Dames sports car program, as co-team owner of the IndyCar initiative. Additionally, the team includes technical director Guillaume Capietto, operations manager Graham Quinn, head of engineering Michael Cannon, and technical coordinator Alessandro Vantini. The team has also brought on board experienced professionals like ex-Haas F1 aerodynamicist Joao Ginete and ex-Juncos Hollinger Racing engineer Steve Barker to support the drivers.
